The bazaar opens for trading and the room fills. A warm, unhurried start to the day.
Trilingual welcome from the MC, Quran recitation, anthem, and a keynote address. The festival opens with ceremony and intention.

The poetry showcase opens. 7 poets in Dari, Pashto, and English. Five minutes each. Live links to diaspora poets performing from abroad.
7 poets. The showcase deepens — voices from across the diaspora.
7 poets — verse in Dari, Pashto, and English. A 25-minute break follows.
7 poets. Including women's voices and emerging voices from the diaspora.
The final phase. 7 poets closing the Mushaira. The room is full, the energy is high.
Two headline performers take the stage in turn — Latif Nangarhari followed by Hashmat Sahar. The Atan dance circle forms at the close. Everyone is welcome to join.
