1. Introduction

These Terms govern your use of narenjgul.co.uk and attendance at the Narenj Gul Eid Festival 2026, organised by BMM Digital. By using this website or attending the event, you agree to these Terms.

2. The event

The event is free and open to the public. Attendance is at your own risk. BMM Digital reserves the right to modify or cancel the event, refuse entry, or change the venue, date, or programme with reasonable notice. In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control, BMM Digital shall not be liable for losses incurred.

3. Photography and filming

The event will be photographed and filmed for promotional and archival purposes. By attending you consent to the possibility of being included in photographs or video. If you do not wish to be filmed, please inform a member of staff on arrival.

4. Conduct

All attendees are expected to behave respectfully. BMM Digital reserves the right to remove any person behaving in a threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or disruptive manner.

5. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BMM Digital excludes liability for personal injury (unless caused by negligence), property loss, or indirect losses arising from attendance or use of this website.

6. Sponsorship

Sponsorship applications submitted through this website are subject to a separate sponsorship agreement. Submission does not constitute a binding agreement. No sponsorship is confirmed until a formal agreement has been signed and a deposit received.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
